Research many other cable options prior to this and decided that the cost, size, and space saving ability of this unit was the best one to fit my needs. The rods are solid well built and smooth. Cables are thick and hold a lot of weight. The size is great for smaller home gyms. The plate holders are made very well. Bottom line your getting commercial gym quality.
