it is an excellent addition to your Pulley cables. The is no seem to effect the plate like some of the other pins. Well made and heavy duty. The only thing I would change is having a larger base, as the plate stop inverted it creates a small bottom. Not a big deal but highly recommend it.

Exceeded expectations in both quality and versatility. I purchased this for my home gym. Research many other cable options prior to this and decided that the cost, size, and space saving ability of this unit was the best one to fit my needs. The rods are solid well built and smooth. Cables are thick and hold a lot of weight. The size is great for smaller home gyms. The plate holders are made very well. Bottom line your getting commercial gym quality.
