  • Q

Does the pull down lat pull attachment run on bearings where it slides up/down on the poll or is just the pulleys using bearings?

    November 17, 2020
    A

Great question. Our actual carriage uses commercial steel bearings, as with all of our cable stations, much like you would hear in a leg press machine. That is what differentiates us from competitors is whereas they use cheaper plastic bushings and hollow rods that deteriorate over time, all of our cable attachments and wall units use only commercial bearings. The carriage in turn is capable of 250LBS of a smooth lift. Even our rods are solid steel. You will also notice that we use 6 uprights. That third set or rear uprights if you have plates stored, even bumpers, you can still use the interior rack without any interference.
